About The Role
Main Responsibilities
- To manage existing business for the company in assigned territory including:-
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies;
- Preparing and monitoring performance against budgets;
- Reviewing and preparing internal call reports as requested / required;
- Managing individual promotional budgets.
- To seek and develop new business opportunities for the company within the agreed channel and within assigned territories.
- Assigned territories: to be agreed as assigned by line manager
- Keep informed of and contribute to the development of the UK Thai channel strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date market, commercial and customer records.
- Liaise with Marketing Manager, Chang UK, regarding competitor information, promotions, brand embed activity and activate as requested.
- Establish communications with key restaurant outlets and achieve sustainable brand listings.
- Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals.
- To work with local wholesalers and distributors to secure listings and generate sales.
- To help manage and maintain stock and POS.
About You
Personal Attributes
- Thai Language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good influencing skills
- High levels of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- PC literate.
Professional Requirements
- HND/HNC or equivalent, preferably in business related topic.
- At least 2 years proven experience of working in a sales environment.
