Celebrating five consecutive Great Place To Work® years

For the fifth year running, International Beverage is proud to have been officially recognised as a Great Place To Work®.

Great Place To Work® is the benchmark accreditation for workplace culture globally. It’s entirely based on employee feedback, so every year, it gives us real-time view of how our people feel about every aspect of their work, across every business team.

Well over three quarters of our employees took part, and the good news is, we tracked an overall rise in scores from last year – a reflection of the brilliant work that goes in year-round to our workplace programmes. From the warm welcome people receive when they join our business, to the initiatives we have in place to ensure every person, regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation, is fairly treated – both topics where we scored a positive 90% plus rating.

The spirits industry continues to be challenging, so for us to thrive, we need great people doing their best work. And since we are also a business that operates in many different corners of the world, we need to meet the needs of a diverse team of people, all with different ideas of what a good employee experience looks like.

That’s why the Great Place To Work® result is so helpful, showing us that our mission to build a working environment based on trust, respect and collaboration, where each person feels supported, valued and able to be themselves, is well on track.
